Step 1: Schedule a Pick Up Just click on "REQUEST PICKUP" in the upper right hand corner to reach our concierge team and schedule your desired pickup and delivery days.
Step 2: Fill the Bags Fill your customized Platinum bag and enclose any special instructions on the provided HELP CARDS. The HELP CARD is a great way to send us your special requests.
Step 3: Leave them out for pickup A Platinum valet will pickup your clothes even when you are not home!
After thoroughly inspecting each garment, Platinum will discreetly identify each garment with our Electronic Fabric Monitoring process to ensure each garment is returned to you after each visit.
Step 4: Come Home to Renewed Garments! Once serviced, your garments are returned to you in just three days, refreshed and ready to wear.
